 In short, was there a direction of internal African acculturation, societal development, technological engineering, scientific education, and applied theory to social /societal development---which was kinetic/latent/emerging as with other populations---and thus stunted, stopped, retarded, retrogressed into the mess we now see? The external has dominated the internal, the invaders have dominated the invaded, the European and Arab enslavers in history have dominated the enslaved Africans, and the most aggressive and prepared have won out over the more passive and least prepared---for 500 years.
